“well connected to many important tourist places for visiting. Hotel was new and breakfast was big enough. This district is not far and easy to reach. Like always in taiwan, you will find many restaurants, bars and shops running the whole day (and night sometimes)”
“The room we used had a very large bed(king or king+) with separate blankets/sheets for each of us. A/C worked well and TV had English channels. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Western and Asian items.”

“There was a girl at the reception who was very helpful - printing timetable for Toroko Gorge bus and giving me advice about hiking alone. The girls also helped me get taxi each morning to train station, informing driver exactly where I wanted to go. Very helpful! Always with a smile on their face. Not far from great places to eat - Salt Lick is 15min walk away. Great bbq place.”

“+ Helpful staff, especially Ms Cloudy (黃芸惠) who helped us to book and collect the train tickets while we went out to explore Hualien city+ Big and clean room+ Free breakfast included, though quality so so+ 5 mins drive from Hualien train station and lots of eateries and shopping around the hotel+ about 20 mins walk to the night market+ free transfer to and fro from the train station (but need to give one day advance notice)”
