“We booked the hotel at short notice and requested a twin bed room.When we eventually got into the room ( the first 3 room keys did not work) it was a double bed.We asked the receptionist to change to a twin room but was told that there was no more rooms available (even though the hotel was practically deserted) but they promised to convert the double into 2 singles After getting something to eat and speaking to reception and going to the room it was STILL a double We then had to pay for a second room to get separate beds AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE This hotel is the German Fawltey Towers !!!”

“Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt weil es sehr kalt war, grosses Zimmer mit Mini Radiator, nur lauwarm. Das andere Zimmer war i.o. Wir kommen viel herum, aber ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht. Weis nicht wie man der 4 Stern gekriegt hat, Max 3 Sterne”
