“The main staff member servicing the bar area is outstanding. He noticed after my arrival and drink upon arrival that I was still waiting to check into my room (as I was early). He came over and offered me complimentary coffee while I waited. He noticed that I was sick and the following day genuinely asked me how I was doing and ensured I had extra garlic in my meal that evening. The dinner (a la carte) was flavoursome. Great 360 view on the rooftop which is not used as much as it should be. You could have this all to yourself if you needed some quite time or if you wanted photo's of the mountains. Great wifi, lots of different ones to connect to. Beautiful building.”
“not a bad , one thing is I have given for laundry but saying not counting the pics first time I heard , they make it weight which is very old system. I felt very shot of staff, they are working very long hours, room is very modern. breakfast was perfect special live cooking.”
“Most of all, i loved the food at this restuarant. It is the only place in Nepal i felt safe to eat at. And i ate a lot. The staff are all very kind and helpful, this made for a pleasant stay. Umesh is very hard-working and good at his job, he was able to accommodate me as i kept added extra days to my stay. I loved the ambience at the hotel, well, by this i refer to the public areas only. Hotel is just across the road from a lovely park leading to the big lake.”
