“Gave us a free room upgrade. Very near the centre of town but still quiet in the surroundings.”
“Location is awesome. Little touches like the useful vicinity map that shows the eateris around the hotel and also a file available for reference at the lobby, with some travel guide info available in Eng, Jap, and other languages. Swift check-in and check-out. Great shower. Especially liked the shower had with its soft but strong shower. Good shampoo and conditioner too. Decent sized rooms.”
“Good location and convenient! Just opposite to Nagoya station.”
“We really appreciated that the temperature and ventilation in the room was fully adjustable by using the thermostat in the room. Other hotels are often overheated and stuffy in winter. Service here was truly excellent, up to the true Japanese standard: everything from sorting out my bookings made on different websites to the request for extra pillows and a beer bottle opener were handled promptly and with a smile. Breakfast was very good, especially the local choices.”
“1. I dropped my credit card then the staff picked it up for me...she is very friendly staff 2. The payment will be made by Automatic machine ... you can ask staff for guiding. 3. The room is opposite the JR Nagoya station ...passed big camera for 2 blocks you would see the building then turn left after across a crosswalk . 3. The room space for solo traveler is quite wide enough for staying.”
“The front desk's staff can speak the English quite well and they are very helpful.”
“The breakfast exceeds my expection. The staff are helpful and polite.”
“It was conveniently located. About 5 minutes from Nagoya station. Check it was smooth and room was very nice with enough power outlet for all the gadgets. We looked around for a breakfast place around the station, but we ended up eating at the hotel. It was very good and we were glad we did. We have stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel in other cities and they never disappoint.”
“The room was big and modern. The bathroom as well. It is very close to the train station. Staff was friendly.”
“We enjoyed our stay at Daiwa Roynet Nagoya Shinkansenguchi. The room was large and included a wonderful massage chair that my husband loved. The bed was a little hard but that was our only complaint. Breakfast was good and the location was suitably close to the station for our plans in the area.”
