“The hotel location is so good, 5 min walk from Akabane station. All staffs are so helpful. The room space is quite large compare to other Japanese hotels.”
“- Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us warmly and assisted us with our questions. I also needed help with reading and understanding some things and the staff downstairs were exceptional in translating for me. - Hotel is located a short distance from the station, shops and many restaurants. It is in walking distance from shops including daiso and uniqlo, known American franchinses such as Starbucks, MCdonalds and KFC. Very convenient location for everything that would be needed. - The room is of sufficient size with most essentials included. Please note there is no micropwave in the rooms, only a fridge and kettle which we found was enough as we did not spend a lot of time in the hotels during the day and ate out everyday. We left snacks and drinks in the mini fridge provided. ”
“Very very clean. The room is big enought .Very very nice and friendly stuff. Many restaurants and shops are in the area.”
“good mattress, everything in the room that's needed, good location, relatively new facilities”
“The bed was Incredibly comfortable. The service was so kind and helpful. I loved the economy options.”
“Good location, very close to Akabane railway station. Very clean. Many nice restaurants nearby. Solid 3* hotel. Helpful staff.”
“The location is accessible if your purpose is to travel and tour around Tokyo. Although we didn't really stay much in the Hotel, I would say that it was a great trip because our accomodation did not disappoint us. 👍🏻☺️”
“nice, comfortable room; good breakfast (mostly Japanese with some Western components); only 5min walk to Akabane station; convenient but quiet location”
“I am most impressed by the staff who answered my long list of questions even before I checked in..very patiently and clearly. Their English language is excellent! The staff provides excellent service. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is also so easy to travel to Narita Airport on the subway/train.”
“The meals during breakfast were different on each day. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The locations is good. On the one hand it's not in the center of the city, but on the other hand it's close to Akabane JR station from witch you could take a direct train to most of the main interesting sport of Tokyo (about 15 minutes to get to the center). On the weekend you could meet drunk japanese people in the neighboorhood, but they won't bother you. The area is safe.”
