“The staff were very kind, helpful, and flexible, in spite of a bit of a complicated booking on our end (multiple people and some last minute changes). The hotel is well located very close to the downtown of Vitoria (we flew into Bilbao airport and traveled to Vitoria by bus). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and those in the back of the property, looking over the courtyard, were quiet. The price seemed very reasonable for the quality of the hotel and the twin room we booked had two separated sleeping areas, which was a nice touch. The decor in the shared spaces in the hotel is quirky and distinctive.”
