“The General Manager was rude, screaming at my son in front of other customers I was in the emergency room with my daughter with doctor and nurses in the room. My son told him this, and he screamed at him demanding I call him using the hotel number to confirm we were staying another night. He has no business running a hotel, much less any other management position. The manager and desk staff also parks in the handicap parking, which made it difficult to get my daughter out of the car and into her wheel chair. Have seen other reviews stating how rude the general manager is, yet he is still working at property! Do Not Stay Here!”

“Great location for any venues/tournaments ect on USM campus. The coffee was good, didn't try any of the breakfast , I'm not much on breakfast, but the bus load of kids I saw eating each morning seem to have no issues with it. Lunch = Mugshots !(Sports bar) one and a half blocks north east of Hotel (easy walk)...killer/awesome burgers !! Room/bathroom was clean ! Comfortable bed, slept well, didn't hear HWY 59 at all. Security cameras.....Would definitely stay there again in the future.”
