“The rooms were clean and generously sized (though I was upgraded so this may be the reason). The hotel is well away from the centre of town but easily accessed via the subway. In addition the immediate neighbourhood to the hotel (Palermo) has some attractive park areas and good bars and restaurants (Baez Street).”

Would help to have an area where guests could meet which could have self service coffee, tea, juices and snacks.
