“breakfast, staff at the cafeteria and reception. Clean and comfort to stay during the business trip.”
“Place is nice, in the center of the city and convinient for business trip. Distance from airport is approx. 20km = 40min. I was in Lux room and got 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 saloon room with smal table and places for 3 person, and 1 bathroom with necessary tools (toothbrush set, shaving set, comb, glass, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath foam). The staff is very pleasant and helped me with all of my requests. Swimming pool is nice and convinient for Spa/relax. At reception you can buy necesary bath set.”
“The staff attempted to be helpful sorting out problems of items not in the room, and they were co-operative when solving problems caused by their solutions (shop fridge outside room to replace room fridge, it cracked the bottles we stored).”
“This was my second stay and I will come back. I traveled with a delegation, which stayed in Dodeman hotel, thus, I could compare these two hotels because I was going back and forth everyday during a week. For what ever reason, all services in De Luxe were faster, cheaper and better. Since there were not so many guests, I've got a personalized service from the hotel staff: - Reception staff allowed me to use swimming pool any time I wanted. For example, at 06:10, whereas officially it opens at 09:00. - The restaurant staff called my room to ask clarifying question about the dish I ordered before going to my room, etc. Free transfer from/to airport is nice feature too.”
“Доп услуга в виде сауны и бассейна просто огонь) сауну прям рекомендую. Завтрак по количеству похож на обед))) оч вкусно. Теперь постоянно только там”
