“I booked this hotel for a wedding at the nearby Adlington Hall. The location is perfect and I was actually closer than friends who booked months earlier than I did. The receptionist on the Saturday was actually great. I couldn't get a taxi to the venue and she went above and beyond to get me to the wedding on time. Can't fault that. The room is clean, spacious, with all the modern amenities you'd expect -- kettle, iron, etc. The price -- £100 -- seemed decent to me. I think friends paid a little less, but based on their reviews I think it's worth spending the money on this place.”
