“Have stay here before three years ago. The place has declined in customer service and overall attention to detail. The staff at the front desk we dealt with spoke no English and seemed bothered by requests for help. The air-conditioning seemed turned off. The Wi_Fi system is really poorly designed. Every time you leave the hotel with your phone or computer, your access is canceled.I had to get at least twelve updated passwords during my stay. The breakfast is nicely displayed, but there is an issue with the staff. For example, I requested an omelet from a server, who then had to go find the cook. The cook came out and from the back into their kitchen, looked at me and then turned off the lights in the kitchen. I just stood there until the server came back and pointed at the darken kitchen with a questioning expression. He left again, and after a couple minutes the cook came back, turned on the lights and made my omelet. Weird experience....”
