“Missed my flight. Had already checked out.came back to hotel.the hotel guys went out of their way to assist find flight.hats off.one negative point is transportation outside the hotel.the autos are real cheaters and tourist busters.i suggest that the hotel provide a local aim to its client for booking of Ola Uber services which. “Close to the mall. I ate at the two best restaurants there, vasanta bhavan and Punjabi grill. Staff very good, and manager very helpful and professional. Everyone is friendly and nice! Rooms have unusual and very unique designs that I appreciated. Restaurant was great when I used it. The best things about this hotel were the reasonable price and friendly staff so it was a good value for my stay in Chennai. Also, there’s a French bakery nearby with REALLY GOOD AUTHENTIC croissants! It’s called Bouganvila. Get the pain au chocolat.”
