“Nothing stunning, but all was good, steady 3* accommodation. Walking distance to night bazaar, easy to get to from "1" motorway. Good buffet breakfast with enough choice. Comfortable room with decent bedding.”
“Really good room as it was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had a great view to the pool! Bed was huge and comfy! Bathroom had a bath tube great for relaxing and had good amenities. The pool isn't great and super refreshing ... the jacuzzi is a plus! Location is good: 10 minutes walking to the night market”
“Everything was good, but only two staff members spoke good English and the others very limited knowledge and understanding of English, and these couldn't usually understand or answer questions. I asked what time the hotel dining-room closed at night and they had absolutely no idea, so they all asked each other the question but nobody knew the answer, so they simply told me they didn't know and left it at that. Clearly they couldn't be bothered finding out, and I'm sure they would give the same answer to the next customer who asked. They should all know what time their own restaurant opens and closes. They seemed a bit lazy, so I feel better and more training is required, as they are possibly poorly trained to begin with, but I also feel they should make it their business to know the opening/closing times of hotel facilities etc. and the general operation of the hotel business.”
“Location was good and the staff is really friendly. The pool was also good.”
“Clean, large room. Comfortable bed amd good bathroom. Well located”
