“Breakfast was the only good feature of this hotel but you had to walk over to the other hotel for it. Road works on the access road to the hotel which had been going on for nearly 2 years often meant 5 minute delays getting to and from the hotel. We are Hilton Honors members which is supposed to give upgrades on arrival, but the room they put us in had an overpowering stench of room deodouriser that failed to disguise the smell of vomit, and a view of a concrete stabilized rock face. The alternate room was adequate but was next to a restaurant. I will never stay at a Hilton establishment again. Double tree by Hilton in Barcelona two years ago was great, but 4 subsequent stays in Hilton establishments have been poor.”
