“made booking request for non-smoking room but they informed me that non-smoking rooms were fully booked. They will arrange to switch the room for us. To my surprise, post checking in the hotel staff took initiative to call up and follow up how were the stay and room as I don't feel comfortable to spend all 3 nights in smoking room. They made an offer to move the baggage for us to non smoking room the next day without having us to take the luggage to lobby , yet we can carry on with our plan to leave the room as & when. By the time we are back, we were given new room keys and luggage were neatly moved to the new room. Thumbs up for the excellent attentiveness & customer service.”
