“Very clean & presentable. Lovely room we had. 2 adults 2 kids so had double bed & bunk beds nice size room. The sky tv was a hit with the kids they loved it. Check in was easy & parking around the rear of the property. Easy to locate and close to main fronts of cleethorpes. Breakfast was lovely too and included in our price we paid. The lady serving the breakfasts on the morning of sat 19th Aug was lovely and polite couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable. Definitely be returning ... thank you ”
