“This hotel location is perfect for Meatpacking district so easy walk to Greenwich, Highline, Chelsea Market is fabulous. Bills burgers and Paradou are not far and great restaurant locations. Roof top bar PHD is great too. You always feel like you are in the middle of a good vibe.”

“It's a hot spot near some of the hottest restaurants. I enjoyed Bodega Negra. If you stay the weekend be advised there is a nightclub on the premises. didn't bother us but this is hotel is not where you stay if you are looking for quiet”
“About the only thing I liked about my stay at the Dream hotel was the location. I really love the Meat Packing district/ Chelsea , reminds me very much of home, which is Shoreditch, London. There are great bars and restaurants within moments of the Dream itself, which is great because the bar and the club at Dream are just terrible.”
“The Dream Downtown wasnt our first choice of hotel in the district, but will be from now on as it everything we could have hoped for, with two onsite niteclubs attracting a younger clientele, we thought it might be too lively for an older couple like ourselves in our 60s, but not at all, the basement club as a separate entrance and the 12th floor club uses a separate elevator for clubbers to use, the 12th floor club doubles as a rooftop bar, where we enjoyed drinks with fab views of the Empire State building,”

“Really nice rooms - if you prefer it quiet, ask for the rooms turning against the pool at the 5-6 floor. We got a room turning to the street at first, but as I found it noisy we were moved by the very helpful and polite staff. Really nice bed and a great bathroom. Liked that we could go for a swim in the mornings. Area is superb, Chealsea market is just across the street.”
