“Friendly staff. We accidentally booked the wrong type of room. The front desk staff rectified the problem as soon as the room we requested was available. They helped us to move our luggage to the new room as well!”
“Location was perfect. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Really liked the coffee shop next door that stayed open till 23:00. Also i left my phone in the hotel room when i left to fly back to the UK. The hotel are posting it back to me which i think is really good customer service.”
“Good mattress and pillows and room comfortable heat.”
“The hotel was well positioned and easy to get around town. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“Great location, staff and room. However, our sheets weren’t cleaned properly there was a stain on them.”
“Booked because of location near to business meeting place and online reviews. I was upgraded to a family room (just for me alone!) which was lovely. Also it was very quiet (4th floor and excellent double glazing meant no traffic or other street noise penetrated). Online reviews didn't rate the breakfast highly, but it was as expected and perhaps a lot better than expected. I didn't have anything cooked though, but there was a good choice of cereals, fruit, bread for toasting and very fresh pastries. They didn't have fruit/herb teas that appealed to me. But when I mentioned lemon and ginger one of the staff offered to get some slices of ginger from the kitchen, and he had lemon at the bar - brilliant! By then I had coffee so I declined, but full marks for initiative. Reception staff were also exceptionally helpful. As a single woman travelling alone I also felt very safe due to the obvious security to access the rooms.”
“V friendly staff at reception..rooms had been refurbished and made a huge difference since our last stay...good deal with Drury st car park nearby.”
“Location is perfect for shops and restaurants, staff were very pleasant, beds are extremely comfortable. ”
