“The location is very good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They upgraded us to a better room because we arrived 5 hours before check-in and there were no empty rooms. That in itself speaks volumes about their outlook towards customers. ”
“Woman traveling alone, could not have been more attentive or caring. Organised with the Manager trips out to see various sights, done with ease and helpful information. Driver/Guide Bittu was an absolute star making the trips interesting and fun. Restaurant staff also very caring including ringing to say stay in my room and they would bring breakfast as restaurant was cold. Phoning to check if I wanted to have dinner. These are all little touches but are very important. I felt very safe, the hotel is in an ideal location and just a short 5 minute walk to the centre. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to ladies traveling on their own that want to feel sale and well looked after.”
“Hotel is situated in the very center of the town, but in a calm street. I liked the service, everyone was very polite. There's no heating in the rooms, save for the airconditioner, which can work as a heater. There's a boiler for hot water, so no issues with showering. I used their car service for travelling from/to the airport and for a short tour around Dharamshala's neigbourhood. For the tour I had just a driver, who was a nice person, but whose English was rudimental. I hired no guide, as I read about the place before coming. Overall I enjoyed Dharamshala a lot, as people there were calm and friendly.”
