“We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a 3 night stay though we were pleased to be upgraded there were a few disappointments. The armchair arms were actually dirty and the paintwork on the bathroom door was badly marked for an hotel of this standard we found this unacceptable in accordance with the price. The staff were hospitable without exception The food unforgetable. Overall found the shabby chic look not up to scratch with price”
