“It is not far from the airport, but the location is not ideal, although there is a shopping mall near the hotel. I arrived a bit late at the first night, lights are mostly turned off, staff not friendly but it's not a big deal. But the cleanliness is god damn poor!!!!!! I found so many hairs all over the room, bed, floor, everywhere, one that upset me most is that I found popcorn and chips on the floor below the bed. I called the service center, told them about it, they apologized and upgraded the room for the 2nd night. That seems like they were trying to make it up for me. I will never book this hotel ever! The service, facilities, most of it is not worth it!”
