“The front desk clerk was very friendly. From the moment we walked in and throughout our several trips in and out she was absolutely delightful. She even interacted with my little grandson and had him laughing along with another couple checking in.. In fact we ran into the other couple in the elevator once and they commented on the friendliness of the clerk. Very welcoming. Felt like we were staying with friends! We loved the beds too. Super comfortable.”

“3rd floor not too bad. As soon as you walk in smell of old cigerette smoke. Morning staff much better. I would only recommend to a contractor on a tight budget. Numerous repairs needed. I truly liked nothing. I asked for refund and night staff that was busy chatting to others and telling life history told me I only had 30 minutes. She did move me to 3rd floor, but she used my 30 minute deadline up talking to others.😞”
