“Loved the location and the price.”
“Most of the staff was friendly, front desk could use some work . Pillows were horrible and the bed was not very comfortable. Great location but need a serious updates. Parking garage was claustrophobic tiny. I wanted a late check out and was willing to pay,(like every other hotel offers), they gave me approximately 30 minutes. Perhaps a class in customer service would be wise.”
