“Well I asked for a 615 wake up call and when I woke up on my own at 655 I was late for my business meeting.said something about that to staff member at desk and was told they didn't get that message .I think when I checked in the front desk attendant should have been worried less about if I had a pet or understood that you can't smoke in the rooms. I will think very hard about staying their again .and the staff that I felt with kinda creeper me out a little they seemed a little robotic in their manner and some what threatening. On a scale from 1- 5 I would give a definite 1”
