We remember reading that El Canton was a "no frills" hotel and I would say this is accurate but with a little bit extra, that is the comfort and proximity to super market and city center make this no frills but with a little extra. The hotel has a large front patio with picnic tables that get afternoon sun to ward off the chilly breeze. Clean family atmosphere with an amazing view of the foothills. Walk to the coast was 20-30 minutes depending on your pace. Don't forget the SUNSCREEN! 360 degree views. Friendly people.”
“10 Days I have stayed at this hotel. I had a very cozy and very clean room with a great view. And all this on a quiet location. Ok, it's a fifteen minute walk from Llanes, but that's good after enjoying the Spanish gastronomy. I will be back.”
