“The staff were not experienced we were met by a greeting of welcome to the “Marriot”. The elevator did not work we had to walk 8 flights. I needed a document faxed at night the staff would not do it in the morning they were glad to. The room next to us had a food try out all day I called down to the front desk to ask for it to be removed at 8 PM once again the person at the front desk refused saying “ there was no help available to do it “ Unfortunately the experience did not meet the price!”
