“Upon check-in to the hotel--sad to say I did not get the (Asian) woman's name at the front desk, however, her customer service was the best I have ever experienced. She did all that she could to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond. We will stay here again. This hotel/location is our favorite when we stay in Houston. I will be sure to get her name next time and elevate my comments to her manager.”
“The breakfast had an omelet station and fluffy scrambled egg station. Everything was very tasty. I thought the bed was very comfortable, but my husband thought it a little hard....hard to please! Staff was very friendly and room and grounds very clean. I would definitely stay again!”

“My fiance and I really enjoyed our trip, the staff were amazing and very helpful. The bed felt amazing and the manager reception was really nice. The location was amazing and wasn't too far from everywhere we wanted to go. They even had a fruit plate and a card signed by the staff for my fiance's birthday! We definitely will be staying here again the next time we visit!”
