“The staff was amazing from Max the Bellman to Ryan at the front desk.”

“Nothing! For the price I paid it was like a broken down hotel. I booked a room for a double bed got there, got a room booked on the 17th floor with a King bed. Had to go back down to front desk was told they didn't have any available for an hour and it was almost 4:30pm. They HURRIED got one in 15 minutes barely cleaned the room as the person in there before left candy wrappers and they weren't picked up. The sink and toliet weren't clean and the room wasn't vacuumed. The manager went up to check the room prior to us getting it and gave the ok to put us in it?! The parking garage is under construction so parking is very limited. When u walk in the hotel looks like it is under major construction and looks like it shouldn't be open. We saw carpet rolls all other that had been taken up.”
