“Hotel is central, about 10 minutes walk from the Hermitage. The room is medium in size, spotlessly clean, and has all necessities like a mini bar, safe, and a stable Wi-Fi signal. Receptionist spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. A breakfast restaurant and a 24 hour shop are located nearby.”

“The hotel has a very central position. From there you can visit all the main attractions mostly by walking. Room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and wide. Staff is very porofessional and able to support requests for directions or tour suggestions. Airport transfer was punctual and efficient.”
“We were guinea pigs for new breakfast system. The Hotel is too small (5 rooms) to do justice to a Breakfast room/Buffet, so gives you a pass for a Hotel Restaurant across the road. They do great breakfast to order in nice surround. And they do great lunch & dinner at a good price too. Hotel Location is brilliant, just around corner from Hermitage, & pretty much a walk to the key sights. Rooms are nicely fitted out & match photo's on site. Coffee & tea are made to order by lovely reception ladies. Or a Thermos of boiling water supplied for DIY coffee in room. Reception staff are very helpful, more so the better their English is. It can be a laugh using the onscreen translator with those with limited English. No matter, its always with a smile & a can do attitude. Often the staff are Language or Arts students so can give useful tips on things to do & places to go. If I am in St Petersburg again, I will stay here, no need to look for more.”

“Расположение очень хорошее . Сам отель так себе в отеле всего 5 номеров . Если на первом этаже то вы в подвале и окна не открыть так как окна выходят на тратуар в районе ног прохожих. Завтраков нет . Парковка есть во дворе но вам ее не предложат а сразу предложат искать место рядом с отелем это не реально найти , как я сказал что меня это не устраивает и что я тогда поищу отель другой сразу предложили место во дворе . Рядом с отелем чуть дальше к эрмитажу все время пасутся менты которые сразу же вас остановят по любому поводу чтоб снять с вас денег меня за 3 дня проверяли 6 раз ( Карл 6 раз!!!) В отеле нет не каких услуг ( просто ночевать и все ) холодильник у нас не работал . Охрана в отеле в ночное время дядя Вася лет 70 вахтер . За стойкой сидит скромная девочка молчунья . Вообщем расположение супер а так за эти деньги можно и нужно искать лучше отель .”
