“We (2 couples) had a killer 2 story penthouse with great views. Wonderful location for food, shopping, art, ect. Leonardo (front desk) scored reservations to a top notch restaurant for 14 people, prime time, on a Saturday within an hour of my ridiculous request.”

“We had a fantastic suite of about 120m² which included a living room with separate dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a spa tub) and a separate guest toilet, 3 flat screen TVs with about 160 SAT and network stations, a walk-in wardrobe, a storage room for baggage and a fully equipped kitchen. A wireless router covered most of the suite. A wonderful pool area with a high class spa and a small gym completed the excellent offering. The location was quiet but very central, just a few minutes by foot to Rua Oscar Freire.”

The staff are extremely accommodating and welcoming - we arrived in the middle of the night and the night manager was fully prepared and even offered us a bigger room. They also let us use the gym on the day of check-out due to a late flight, and graciously organized all our taxis. The room itself was spacious and felt more like an apartment. Enjoyed the breakfast, small pool, jacuzzi and gym. Glad I didn't pay the more expensive hotel rates; great deal especially on weekends.”
