“The staff, particularly at reception, were cheerful and helpful at all times. The accomodation is probably 1970s/ 1980s, a bit utilitarian by current standards but clean and well cared for. No signs of air conditioning, so June to August could be uncomfortable. The hotel is well out from the city centre, I guess easily found and accessed by car and with plenty of onsite parking. It cost 30 euros by taxi direct from the airport. Very good, and inexpensive, local bus service for getting to and from the city centre about 15 minutes away. Ask reception for bus tickets and details of all options ... for day and night travel ! Excellent breakfast. No evening meal facilities. In the evenings coffee is freely available and the lobby will sort out a beer etc if required. Tables etc on a pleasant patio area out front. A small local bar across the road, and a very good ' locals ' restaurant about 400 m , 10 minute walk down the road towards the centre.”
