“Great free breakfast and busy, well-staffed gym. We were upgraded to a luxury room at no extra cost. It was very roomy, elegant, and comfortable, with a lounge area, king-size bed, and ornate drawers and armoire, all crowned by an entry chandelier. The bathroom was large and had it's own sauna.”
“Nice and clean hotel. Front desk staff is outstanding. Most speak some English. Hotel has elevators, air conditioning and good internet. Hotel is located by 2 main streets. From these two streets you can take public buses to almost all places of interest. Cost 15 rubles for each bus ride. Hotel restaurant has great food. About 4 blocks away at the corner of Sovetskaya and Karla Libknekhta is a great Chinese restaurant. There is also a food court on 3rd floor of New Cinema building next door. On 2nd floor is a travel agency.”

“I had a five day booking, but on the day of my arrival the hotel's heating broke (it is - 35 degrees outside in Siberia at this time of year) so I shifted to a neighbouring hotel. After three days I was told that I could move in, but the water was running a rust brown. The rooms offered were small, pokey and smelly, so the offer was not taken up.”
