“bad service..bad staff..bad location....not cleen ”
“Staff was really nice and friendly. We had our room in the B wing, it was quiet and lovely... nothing to complain about. We used the public transportation, bus 81 stops literally 40-50 metres away from the Hotel and takes you to the Vatican City (in -approx 45 mins), St Giovanni, nearby the Colosseum, etc. - it was perfect. We didn't need to change buses, use the metro or anything. There are also couple of smaller supermarkets around, in a short walking distance.”
“It was surprising me that in the booking.com it was mentioned full inclusive price but when I did exit suddenly the reciptionest ask me to pay extra tax money. At least the hotel should inform before signing in and booking.com should inform about the taxes”

“The room was in good condition, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend to any couples travelling together as it was excellent value for money and still felt very special. It is also only a 10 minute walk from San Giovanni metro station and 30 minutes from the colosseum, a walk my partner and I did everyday and absolutely loved. The staff were on the whole very friendly and helped us with anything we needed.”

“I stayed for two nights at Eurostars Roma Aeterna and I was really happy to have switched from another hotel to this one. With the price I paid, I got a very spacious room with all the amenities one might need plus a bathtub with Jacuzzi. Breakfast at the hotel is divine with a huge variety to choose from, suits all tastes. The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop, and if you feel like grabbing a sandwich or having a cup of coffee, there is a street called Via del Pigneto right next to the hotel that has nice coffee shops and a supermarket. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but that was ok with the public transportation available at its door right across the street. I would love to come back and stay at this modern hotel.”
