The hotel has a lot of potential, but the devil is in the detail and attention to detail is non-existent in Morocco, neither does any quality of service. It will quickly lose its rating unless the staff are retrained and customers get what they expect.”
“stayed in a double-bed room: Hotel is easy to get to from Casablanca Airport: 20-30 minutes by car Hotel looks very new and clean and well-designed Staff are very helpful and professional and responsive Rooms are surprisingly large and spacious and come with a kitchenette and sitting area. Large modern HD TV Beds and pillows are comfortable. Relatively quiet and sheltered from the outside noise. Rooftop terrace with a small swimming pool is relaxing. Gym is adequate with a bicycle, treadmill, cross trainer, benches, free weights, and an all-in-one weights machine. A few restaurants around, we really liked La Cantine for a quick and healthy bite. A carfour is also very near, which is useful when you have a kitchenette and sitting area in the room.”

“the hotel have the parking，but they charge u 9EUR per night. this is unbelievable and is the first hotel which i lived they ask the parking fee. very uncomfortable, and there is no mentioned in booking but when u checkin if u have car need parking they ask the money. everything is money. don't driver. the car just by walk to hotel because their policy is unbelievable and uncomfortable. i don't like and don't recommend. also this is not 4star hotel only like ibis even ibis hotel is better.”
