“I can't recommend this place enough. Api was the nicest host I encountered on my Sri Lankan trip. His hospitality and general friendly attitude were great. The food served here was delicious and fresh, and the facilities are all very new and clean (good wifi as well). “Generally, all is perfect, and it's the best hotel, which I had during our 14-day-visit of Sri Lanka. Firstly, the hotel is situated not far from Sigiriya, Dambulla mountain and caves, Polonaruva and other sights. It is possible to ask owner to get you to the place you are interested to go, and he will kindly do it for a good price. Secondly, the hotel is designed nicely, in modern style. There is a conditioner, a ventilator in the room, beautiful-view-rooms just to Dambulla rock are available. Thirdly, there is a garden near, which always has some fresh fruits, such as bananas, coconuts, mangos, and others, which it is possible to try and ask the details about the tropical fruits you see. Lastly, the family is very helpful, and prepares delicious food. The owner (Api) is always smiling and makes you feel like home. I would like to stay here more.”

“Location is super,since property is new,very clean and tidy.staff is very polite and friendly . Speak good English and easy to communicate. Food it’s amazing.live cooking station for breakfast. There food was made with love and care . So tasty. Property have a nice clean garden . Recommend for pictures. Also they arranged side-seen trip.i wished I was there for few days more to enjoy my trip . Place is recommended for honeymoons . My partner was enjoyed very much .since he was Austrian,he love the srilankan culture and this property. Hotel behind is green paddy field.roof top is facing to golden temple. “This hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful garden area which is still close to Dambulla and Sigiriya. It is a new and very clean hotel with rooftop area which provides nice and big rooms in a modern design. Perfect for a relaxing stay far away from all the travelling. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend this hotel to people how like to enjoy comfortable rooms in a green and quiet area. I will come back!”

Интересное решение душа, красивое оформление номера. Кондиционер работал исправно. Везде был приятный запах благовоний. На завтрак были тосты, джем, фрукты, кокос с томатами и луком, дхал, вкусный омлет. На крыше смотровая площадка на близлежащие окрестности. Интернет работает через wi-fi очень хорошо.”
