“After all these years, the hotel has managed to keep up the property well. Have stayed there multiple times but was worried whether age would have caught up with it. The rooms although a little old style were really clean and comfortable and HUGE. The front desk was not super friendly but efficient enough. For the location and the facilities, it didn't cost an arm and a leg like some hotels in Penang. Has a children's play room, so cannot understand boooking.com's statement about children not being accomodated. Pool and fitness center all good.”
