“Cristal, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful when I went to check in but my reservation from Booking.com was not in the system. After talking to her manager I was given a room for the same price as was quoted on Booking.com. Her calm demeanor prevented an ugly meltdown on my part.”

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a notch above what we had experienced at other similar properties. We will certainly be looking for Fairbridge Inn on future travels.”
“The staff and manager were awesome. Stayed here the night before the eclipse, and the hotel was fully packed. My husband can't do stairs (bad leg), but they had us in an upstairs room. Even with the crowds, they were able to switch us to a 1st floor room. They also started b'fast at 3am (cold) and 5am (hot) so people could could eat before leaving super early for the eclipse zone 2 hrs away. Very accommodating and thoughtful!!”
