First room was not as clean, didn't have as many amenities as the second room that we moved to (moved because the person in the room above us could be heard tromping around in boots, and when she turned on the water we could hear pipes banging) and the second room had probably been refurbished more recently. The staff was very efficient and let us change rooms when we requested it. Book a room on the third (top) floor. This hotel is fairly bare bones, but the hot/cold breakfast has variety. Heat and hot water worked very well.”
