“The young lady at the front desk was very customer friendly and very helpful to my needs I can't quit remember her name but I was there on September 28,2017 thru October 1 and she is expecting so that's enough to let people know who I'm speaking of but all the front desk clerks were very friendly as well as the room attendants very friendly and helpful staff I loved my stay with them and I really can go on and on about the hotel and staff even the location is a GREAT spot!!”
“The staff were very helpful and friendly. I love that it was right next to the mall. It was about 15 minutes from Naval Recruit Training Command. Daughter enjoyed going to the mall and relaxing in the room until it was time to go back to base. They had a nice breakfast as well. Daughter said she liked being away from base and was ready for something different to eat than mess food. The room was cleaned daily.”
“Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good! Location was perfect for what we needed with lots of shopping around. It is a half way between Chicago and Milwaukee so you could visit both cities if you would like. Lobby was perfect for loud guests to gather and have fun and not bother other guests!”
