“Everything at this Hwy 59 location in Houston, Texas was EXCELLENT!! As a person with blindness, the staff members, Mr. Allen, Ms. Katherine, Ms. Beth and ALL of the staff provided excellent customer service showing the personal touch that is missing in our society today. The staff team give the hotel a very warm and personal touch which money cannot replace; this is a positive reflection of upper management. Many times management gets more negative comments than positive comments, but I must say, PHENOMINAL is my whole personal experience. I hope to return back to Houston soon and this is the hotel of my choice because of the way the we were treated during our stay. I don't give them a 10 but a 200!!!!! Thank you Ms. Beth and your entire staff. God bless you all in the work that you do as unto the Lord treating your guests with gentleness, kindness and temperance.”
