“as we traveled, we booked the room, asking for a king bed and on an upper floor. once there, they said all rooms were being cleaned, nothing available. within 10 min they "found" a room for us, a king bed in their basement level. my son drove separately, came in directly behind us and also asked for a king bed (he had not booked through your site). there was no wait for him and he was given a room on their top floor. I asked about this and was told it was because we had booked "online:"............so tell me again WHY I SHOULD USE YOUR SITE?????”
