“Shaquana at the front desk was very nice, professional, family oriented and was always smiling. We had an aunt that heart attack at my cousin's wedding we were attending in Tyler and Shaquana was always ready to help us. She even was so concerned about our aunt and asked how we all were doing as well as the stay. She was awesome.”
“The staff was the most friendly personable staff I have dealt with in the hotel industry. They jumped through hoops to help with any needs and satisfied every request imediately. They were absolutely amazing with my two small children and gave them toys at breakfast while I was trying to make my own plate. Hands down best hotel stay just because of the staff. Free breakfast was great- lots of variety - waffles, eggs, fruit, bagels and more. Loved the coffee! Great location near many restaurants and stores- Walmart about 5 minutes away. About 10 minutes from Tyler Junior College. The exercise room and swimming pool/hot tub looked amazing, but we didn't get to take advantage of it this time. Good working fridge and microwave in the room.”
