“Hotel wasn't bad, I will never book there again, was charged twice for the rooms, complained at checking out, was told everything was fixed, just got of the phone with them again, was charged 4 times for the room, now they are telling me my booking for 1 night was 400 usd for 1 night for 1 room, insane I have my paperwork from Booking.com here it says 382,60 for 2 rooms. Please be careful booking there”

“Located right outside of the airport! When we got out of the airport we found our hotel to be located in little Havana! The hotel staff were so sweet. Our shuttle driver even pointed out some great restaurants within 3-5 minutes walking distance of the hotel. Of course we had to try out Latin Cafe! Everything was perfect! We changed our next booking to stay here. It made our first stay in Miami feel very welcoming and fun!”

I was only 1 hour late in arriving due to their late Shuttle, and I was left out in the night with no where to go. I was a foreigner in a strange country, an old sick man of 75 years. I will never recommend Quality Inn to anyone.”
