“I booked the room based primarily on size. The room was larger than most offered at other hotels. Room decor was updated. Beds comfortable. Staff awesome. As soon as I checked in, a staff member offered a list of restaurants, pubs, and events in area. Staff very pleasant and accomadating. I expected breakfast to be continental style, for which I was pleasantly surprised with hot food. Make your own waffles was great. Location great”

“The room was absolutely spotless! Beautiful decor and very comfortable bed! The hotel was in the perfect location - in the center of the Magnificent Mile and the Theatre District. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Many of restaurants close by. I actually liked that it was a smaller hotel - no lines for the elevator, short hallways, and very quiet. I have traveled for many years to Chicago and have stayed in many very nice hotels in varies locations. I think this is one of my favorites. This is the hotel we will stay in when we visit Chicago in the future.”
