“once a great 5-star hotel, no longer even close. Anniversary dinner was ruined by poor food /service. So-called sustainable food and service should not mean "poor" and "less" A ghost of the fabulous hotel.”
“We stayed in a king gold room. It was fabulous and having access to the gold lounge/terrace was worth the extra cost. The view of the harbor from the terrace can only be seen if staying on the gold floor and it was extra special.”
“The room was dark and univiting . Two tiny windows- no view. Had to be relocated because the first room offered stank of cigarettes. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. For a five star hotel, the sheets were low thread count. The bathroom was minuscule. I will never stay at another Fairmont again. No value here!”
