- All children from 15 to 16 years are charged EUR 44 per person per night for extra beds.
- All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- All children from 4 to 9 years are charged EUR 28 per person per night for extra beds.

“Very nice hotel, with good service. Food is delicius, rooms are confort and clean. We stayed in Family Superior Suite with the dog and ve really enjoyed. Hoteĺs backyard offers playground for kids, little pool and some other sport facilities. Close to the hotel is a nice way (walking zone) for a walk to the lake.”

“Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Familienhotel. Familienhotel weil in Familienhand und für Familien gemacht. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist genial! Die 20€ für die Halbpansion pro Nacht und Nase haben sich absolut gelohnt. Jeden Abend Essen von Sternequalität. Die Umgebung ist, wie für die Region üblich, sehr schön. Der Millstättersee ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, leider nur an einer Stelle direkt zugänglich. Die Almen sind dafür umso besser erreichbar. Sollten es uns wieder in die Region verschlagen, dann gerne wieder zu Familie Burgstaller.”
“Besonders schön war die herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre, sowie das qualitativ gute Essen. Für jeden Geschmack immer etwas Leckeres dabei. Ferner gibt es eine große Auswahl an Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie kostenfreie Fahrräder, Außen- und Innenpool , eine sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage und 2 gute Tennisplätze. Das Personal hat stets ein Lächeln übrig.”

“Superlekker eten, zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds. Avondmenu was zelfs culinair! 'S middags was er ook een klein buffet beschikbaar en ook dat smaakte telkens weer. De tuin met verschillende terrassen was prachtig en uitstekend onderhouden. Ideaal om helemaal tot rust te komen. Ook een dikke pluim voor het personeel: altijd vriendelijk en beschikbaar.”
