“Nothing, as I did not have the chance to stay there as they messed up my reservation and, after confirming it, it took them almost two hours to conclude that they had no rooms available. Two hours wasted for the most incompetent hosts I have seen in hospitality industry. I got there at 11,30 pm, I left at 1,30 am, after the receptions finally told us that there is no place for us. The fact that I showed them the confirmation? Not their fault. Ours probably. Again, this happened after they fully confirmed my reservation, after I gave them my credit card details, etc.”
