“Staff are very kind and they could talk Farsi. It is near US embassy.”
“The hotel is very close to the U.S. embassy but far from the city center. Far means approximately 30 min walk. Room was clean and quiet. Staffs were kind and helpful and the security was high enough that I left my laptop and money in the room to go for sight seeing.”
“Shortest walking distance to US embassy. Good access to bus stop and thus all Yerevan city was accessible with minimal cost. Very polite owner, hospitable staff and very handsome treatment at breakfast and friendly parties. I am sure I will have better experience next time!”

“В своем ценовом сегменте все отлично. За такие небольшие деньги получил отдельный номер со всеми удобстввами и завтрак с утра. Из минусов: хотелось бы по больше чистоты. Из плюсов: шаговая доступность до посольства США в Ереване, буквально 5 минут пешком”

“Душевный персонал, как весь армянский народ! Порадовал бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Обратно добиралась сама: 300 АМД (может кому-то пригодиться: от Автовокзала маршрутка 33, 75u до остановки Аргаванд, там маршрутки №17 и 18 прямиком до а/п Звартноц) Жила 4 ночи в номере 14, в хорошую погоду из окна виден Сис и Масис))). Большой, но немного холодный и неуютный номер в котором, в принципе, все есть: свой санузел, душ, TV c несколькими рос. каналами, холодильник, кондиционер, эл. батарея. Скромный завтрак, чтобы посетители не разжирели)))): 1 яйцо, 2 сосиски, 2 кусочка сыра размером 0,5х3х4см+ 2 таких же (под копирку) кусочка масла, армянская лепешка, кофе или чай+ пирожное. Проблемы были, но все решалось благодаря гибкому подходу руководства.”

Multumim gazdelor amabile Arthur & Lernik care ne-au recuperat telefonul uitat in taxiul de la Aeroport. Newly opened hotel is located on the road from the Airport, 200 meters from the Central Bus Station where you can take and mashrutka to Tbilisi. I had room overlooking Big and the Small Ararat! Thank you Arthur & Lernik friendly hosts who have recovered the phone forgetten in the taxi from the Airport.”
