“The staff of course and the restaurant, which has an informal atmosphere. The food is basically a mix of east- and western kitchen to satisfy each guest. The quality of the food is good. Last time my visit was a bit dissapointing experience and my comment reflected that too extreme. I didn't receive any discount for this opposite comment. They simply just improved their services. It will remain my favorite hotel in Deira.”

“The hotel was decent in general and is suitable for people who travel to Dubai to buy merchandise in Deira (don't book if you are a tourist). It's located in Old Dubai among traders and markets so you can find great shopping deals and bulk purchases. The staff was friendly and offer to keep bags for guests in the storage room.”
“Great location especially if you have shopping at the top of your agenda. A few minutes walk to the Old Souk where you get lots of goods at bargain prices. There are lots of shops in the vicinity selling everything from car parts to generators to clothing and dates. Less than 5 mins walk to the Baniyan Square metro and not so far from the airport. Rooms are surprisingly quiet in spite of the busy streets below (we were on the 4th floors though). Lots of great eateries within the area too.”
