“Very helpful staff, i had a long day travelling to get there and i was so close arriving at Turin airport to be informed that the Taxi's were on strike, so i rung the hotel and they where very quite at getting me an alternative way to the hotel and helping me with my bags both upon arrival late at night and leaving early in the morning.”
